Associate Attorney

Exciting opportunity for an Associate Attorney to practice in the areas of Elder Law, Estate Planning, Probate, Guardianships, Conservatorships, and Medicaid for Seniors. Requires long term commitment, value system compatible with the law firm culture (see our Mission and Values statements), and strong desire to continually improve your knowledge base and skill-set.

• Supportive, non-competitive environment. Most work is transactional and based on flat fees. Minimal billable hour requirement.
• High levels of customer service and productivity are expected.

This is a client centered law firm. You will be working directly with clients, identifying issues, providing education on the areas of law that relate to their unique situation, and guiding them to make educated decisions on how to solve their issues and reach their goals. Additionally, you will be drafting and reviewing documents, using dedicated software designed for our areas of practice. Full time position with health insurance and other benefits. Must be fully vaccinated for the protection of clients who are elderly and/or disabled.
